Forensics Blood Splatter

Hello, during forensics we have been taught about the patterns and how to calculate blood splatter. Blood spatter has two parts, the base, and the spine, the spine is the spikes that emerge from the blood, the spine is useful because it can determine how much energy was in the blood for example blood with no spines would most likely be from down to the knee while blood with vast spines the blood should have come off the head. the base is useful for calculating which direction the blood came from by measuring the width and length and putting it in this formula: Sin-1 (width/length) = answer.

Here is the work I have done on about blood splatters.

Forensic science Week 1 reflection

Forensic science is based on solving a murder using what's left behind at the scene. This job is important but risky because it helps us find out who is guilty to prevent it from happening again some other time, but it's risky because the suspect could frame the crime on someone else or the case could not be solved. Forensic scientists are the type of people that take part in this job, their roles are to find clues and solve them at the crime scene, these clues can be put into categories but they are overall useful, the best clues that can be found are either blood, skin cells, hair, clothing, etc, these are useful because they contain DNA, using DNA you can identify the suspect because all DNA is different for everyone making the identification sharper, but clues like footprints and tire tracks are also great because they can lead to the direction of the suspect. There are words that can be used for forensic science and you might have heard of them before, these keywords are victim, suspect, weapons, evidence, law, analysis, and genetic identification.

Is it a crime?

For forensics, we have been addressing what is a crime and what isn't
these are good examples
The first one is most likely a crime but the car might be his, the second one could not be a crime, the third one is 100% a crime but he could just be "taking the money to the bank", the fourth one is either murder or he's just a pirate :) probably, the fifth one is murder, suicide or someone just spray-painted it, the last one is not a crime but it could be intentional that he crashed into him.

Humanities Paragraph

In the novel abomination by Robert Swindell. article 1 of the human rights commission is breached by the treatment of slavery andBorn into a religious family, unable to talk about her family, no friends, no music, no magazines, never allowed to leave, and gets beaten commonly "What I'd like most of all is somebody to talk to.", Meaning Martha is being treated as she lives in confinement.

Gymnastics

 Hey readers

For the past 4 weeks, we have been doing gymnastics in PE. We have been using 6 apparatus - bar, beam, parallel bars, mini-tramp, floor mat, and trampoline

One challenge I found hard is doing the somersault to land on my feet but eventually, I landed the somersault.

What I'm proud of what I did is learning to do more than half of the skills we were taught.

Here is my assessment form.
