What it did for a growth mindset
In the last two weeks, we have looked at resilience - Emotional awareness (understanding emotions) and impulses. I have come to realize that there are different options and emotions for some scenarios and being able to control my emotions avoids trouble.

Knowing how to react and respond in situations rather than acting on impulses means that you know what you're doing
The effect that these things have on my social wellbeing (taha whanau)

At first, I did not know what most of these meant but later I learned Basically, impulses are like reactions imagine you are walking home then someone honks at you how will you react if I would react to this I would ignore and look away.

there was another activity where we had to write and many emotions we know down this may have sounded easy but it was harder than you think our group only scored about 24 words.
